Our mission is to serve coaches in their personal and professional growth by providing a learning community, resources and skill development opportunities that will enhance our members’ success.

Leadership
The MCA is led by the Board of Directors, the President and President-Elect. The MCA Board is comprised of the executive team, and co-leads from each of the MCA’s key teams – Membership, Professional Development, Communications, and Greater Community. The Executive team is made of the President, Past President, and President-Elect. All teams are co-led to share the joys and the responsibility of leadership.
Leadership roles are open to all members in good standing and elections are held each Summer. In 2005 we inaugurated a new transition process by creating 18 month terms with three months of apprenticeship, one year voting member, followed by 3 months as mentor.
Team membership is open to every member. Contact the leadership team co-leads in the area of your interest to get involved.

Annual MCA Memberships are currently being accepted for new members.
The fees are as follows for a 12-month membership:
- Sustaining members – $209;
- Professional members – $119; and
- Student members – $69.
All members have access to the MCA members area on the website, which hosts expanded content, tools, and resources. Additionally, members are entitled to free admission to MCA monthly meetings. To become a member online, click here.
