Who we serve
MCA serves up & coming and successful coaches who are actively growing personally and professionally, and integrating knowledge to improve or broaden their work. We serve coaches who are committed to giving back to and growing the profession.

Leadership
The MCA is led by the Board of Directors, the President and President-Elect. The MCA Board is comprised of the Executive team, and Co-leads from each of the MCA’s key teams – Membership, Professional Development, Communications and IT, Sponsorship/Outreach. The Executive team is made up of the President, Past President, and President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer. All teams are co-led to share the joys and the responsibility of leadership.
Leadership roles are open to all members in good standing and elections are held each Summer.

Membership
Annual MCA memberships are currently being accepted for new members.
The fees for membership are as follows for a 12 month period:
Sustaining level members: $209
Professional level members: $119
Student level members: $69
New members will receive access to the MCA Members area on the website, which hosts expanded content, tools, and resources. Additionally, members are entitled to free admission to MCA Monthly Meetings (a $319 value ($29 per month).

Renewing Members
Sustaining and professional level memberships renewals are currently being accepted as well. The fees are listed above. The student level membership is meant to be a one time membership during the course of training to become a coach. After the one year term, MCA welcomes all students to become either professional or sustaining members.
